The highlight (above) of my season last year. I apologize in advance if you are sick of hearing about it. Carol and I went to the NYS Big Buck Club dinner banquet Saturday. I was very pleased to find out that my buck was the eighth largest "Gun -Typical" in the State for 2006! It also is the third biggest taken in Saratoga county of all time since the NYSBBC started keeping records in 1972. It brought a tear to my eye. It will likely be very hard(near impossible) for me to top. I will likely hunt just as hard though and am looking forward to the upcoming seasons. Hey you never know and I am a deer magnet...
Regards Shaun

Dude, You the man...and no you will never shoot another buck of that size, but keep hunting anyway if you want (haha). Can't wait to see you in a couple of weeks at bear camp.
